This centrally located hotel is close to all the tourist sights and has an array of great restaurants in the local area. the room and bathroom were well equipped, clean, and maintained with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the friendly host provided excellent service, including helpful tips for getting around the city and a set of informative materials to take on our explorations. We also appreciated the free parking.
The busy and noisy plaza may not be ideal for those who are sensitive to noise.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a room equipped with a small kitchen, so we were able to grab something from a nearby supermarket and prepare our own dinner, which made our stay very enjoyable and feel just like home. The location was very convenient too. 5min walk to the nearby Metro Station. 4 stops away from Termini Station (Bus 105, Tram 5/ 14). You can always ride Bus 571 to get to most attractions like Colosseo / Piazza Venezia / Vatican City. The owner Margherita was super friendly and helpful, she gave us all the information we needed to travel around Rome.

Exellent connection from railway station ( Rome Termin ) with trams no 5 and 14. Small family hotel where the owner really gave us a quick and good basic info how to use the trams, metros and busses. She also had a good knowledge about Calabria , our other destination.
Traffic noice starts approx. 6.30 in the morning but did not bother me Maybe somebody is more sensitive but it might be a difficult to find noice free hotel in Rome

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic, with great transportation links nearby. Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding, with the rooms being extremely clean and well maintained. The small shared kitchen was a bonus, allowing me to prepare some meals during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and provided a great start to the day. I particularly loved the pastries that were provided each morning.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

Loved the convenience of the location, with easy access to public transport and many attractions. The room was well-maintained and clean, with comfortable bedding and a fresh feeling. The owner was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a nice touch.
The room was smaller than expected, and the lack of natural light made it feel cramped at times. The noise from the street was a bit disturbing, especially late at night.

This is a great hotel, it's situated on the same street as the Termini which made finding it easy. It is a family run hotel, and Margherita (the owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, she sat with us and explained the various ways we could use to travel from the hotel to different parts of the city, it was very useful. She told us which buses/trains/trams to use, where to buy tickets, and what time everything starts/stops. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the nearest metro or there is a bus stop right around the corner which takes you anywhere in the city. The rooms were cleaned daily, and re-stocked with packaged treats to have for breakfast. The room had a fridge, its own boiler, and the shower pressure was great! What more do you need?! I would definitely stay again.

Can say good after all
Just a bit bad luck due the heating and the hot water supply not stable, after we told the staff, they tried to fix those asap.

Very very clean!! And the owner Margerithe is really friendly.. A really nice lady!
The breakfast is not what I would prefer, too much sweets, but if you like that kind of food then I guess it works..
